The Details...

Constructed from gold tone metal, this necklace features 4 double cable chains. It is detailed with two rectangular panels set with large, oval shaped, red glass cabochons and accented with black enamel. The necklace fastens with a 'S' hook. The necklace measures 68cm. 

A Short History...

This necklace is unsigned. However, it is possible to assume that it was constructed in France because it features the 'S' hook clasp, which was utilised in the construction of jewellery by a number of French paruriers from the mid to late twentieth century. 

Wear it With...

These necklace would look sensational paired with a black cotton maxi dress and flat leather sandals.

- Try not to get your jewellery wet. Some costume jewellery manufacturers utilised water soluble glue in the making of their pieces. Getting your jewellery wet could cause rhinestones and other details to fall away over time.

- If you wish to clean your jewellery, use a soft polishing cloth or a soft brush.
