Trifari KTF 1930s Art Deco Rhodium Plated Vintage Sapphire Rhinestone Bracelet

This 1930s bracelet is an example of the delicate and elegant paste jewellery produced by the American Trifari company in the Art Deco era.

Condition Report:
Very Good - A couple of the paste stones are beginning to slightly darken in colour. This is consistent with age and does not detract from the overall appeal of the piece.

The Details...

This rhodium plated bracelet is detailed with round and baguette cut, clear paste stones. The stones are all hand-set. It also features four large, claw set, oval cut, sapphire coloured rhinestones. The bracelet fastens with a fold over clasp. The bracelet is signed - the reverse of the piece is stamped with 'KTF' and a '38'. The bracelet measures 17cm in length.

A Short History...

This bracelet is stamped 'KTF' which stands for Krussman, Trifari and Fishel. Leo Krussman, Gustavo Trifari and Carl Fishel ran the Trifari company together from 1925 and jewellery was stamped with their names until the mid 1930s. Examples of Trifari jewellery featuring the KTF stamp are very rare and highly collectable.

Wear it With...

This bracelet is perfect for evening wear or a special occasion. It would look beautiful with a little black dress, but equally chic with a bridal gown.
