Christian Dior 1964 Gold Plated Glass Cabochon Detailed Vintage Brooch

A beautiful piece by Christian Dior. This brooch was created in 1964. 

Condition Report:

Good - There are a couple of tiny surface scratches to a couple of stones. However, these are only visible upon very close inspection. The fastening pin has a tiny bend to it, but this doesn’t affect the security of the fastening.

The Details...

This gold plated brooch is set with glass cabochons of varying shapes and jewel tones. The cabochons are claw set. The brooch measures 4.5cm x 3cm. It is signed - the reverse features an oval shaped cartouche stamped with 'MADE IN GERMANY for Christian Dior 1964' and a copyright symbol.
