Bellini 1960s Rhinestone and Faux Pearl Vintage Maple Leaf Earrings

These 1960s, clip on earrings feature bright rhinestones and were created by Bellini.

Very Good - Some minor discolouration to the surface of a faux pearl. This is only visible upon very close inspection.

The Details...

These earrings are created from brushed gold tone metal. They feature maple leaves with open-work details, encrusted in places with small, round clear rhinestones and detailed at the centre with a faux pearl. The earrings are signed. They are stamped 'BELLINI' on the reverse of each clip. Te earrings measure 2cm x 3cm. 

All of our earrings are provided with removable pads for extra comfort. 

A Short History...

Glamourous and affordable rhinestone jewellery was still prevalent in the 1960s, even though the post-war necessity for it had obviously waned. What were kown as 'Cocktail' pieces - ostentatious sparklers - continued to be worn into the sixties.
