The Details...

These gold plated earrings resemble a small, shield shape and feature cream enamel detailing. They have studs and are for pierced ears. Whilst these earrings are unsigned, they are a verified Dior design and come complete with their original store card. They measure 2cm x 1.5cm.

These earrings are an excellent example of Christian Dior's dazzling, yet wearable, jewellery from the 1970s. During this decade, the fashion house prodiced a collection of pieces inspired by the Art Deco era and these earrings, with their clean lines and geometric shaping, are from this collection. They were created by the German company Henkel and Gross√© for Dior.
