The Details...

These drop earrings are made from Sterling Silver. They feature a drop which is detailed with small, round, clear pastes and a bow motif. Each earring drop ends in a teardrop shaped faux pearl. The earrings are screw-back. They are signed - the earrings are stamped 'SCP' and 'ENGLAND' on the reverse of each screw. The earrings measure 4cm x 0.75cm. They come with their original box.

A Short History...

These earrings are stamped 'SCP' which stands for Sterling Ciro Pearls. In the 1920s and 1930s, the London based Ciro company produced much of their costume jewellery using sterling silver. These earrings are a fine example of the company's craftsmanship from the late Art Deco era.

Wear it With...

These earrings are perfect for evening wear or a special occasion. They would look beautiful with a little black dress, but equally chic with a bridal gown.
