These earrings are made from gold plated metal. They feature a looped ribbon design. The earrings measure 3.75cm x 2cm. The posts of these earrings are most likely made from surgical steel.

In the 1990s, women wanted practical designs that would function in the workplace, as much as they would look elegant with evening wear. Well crafted, bright metal earrings such as these were consequently a popular purchase in department stores accross the USA and UK in the Nineties.
